We accept Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We use the latest Linkpoint Technology to insure secure transfer of your information. You can place an order right here online with us, or you can send your order by Email or Postal Mail. A printable order form is available below. We use DHL as our primary shipping method, but we may also use UPS.


NOTE:
 If you need your order sent to an address that is different from the billing address, you can email or call us to explain your situation. Orders that are requested to be sent to a different address may be rejected.

If you Mail or Email your order please include the following information:
  • Name
  • Shipping Address
  • Billing Address (If paying by credit card)
  • Credit Card Number and Expiration Date
  • Name of the bank that issued the card
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Shipping Method (TNT, UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, Deutsche Post, Post CH)
  • Please include Part Number, Description, Quantity, and Price.
Note:
If you do not want to send your Credit Card Information in an Email, you can still Email us your order, then Phone the Card Information later. Just remember to tell us, in your Email, that you will be Phoning the Card Information in.


Upon receiving your order by Email, we will send a confirmation to the Email Address you supply, with information about your order. Please print or save this Email for future reference. Orders for parts are usually shipped 3-4 weeks after the order is placed.


Warranty:
All of our parts come with a manufacturers warranty of at least 1 year. Some come with more. We warrant all of our Custom Laser System to be free from defects and to operate as intended for 1 year. This includes all installed components. All warranties are considered void if the computer has been modified from it's original state. (If you want to modify or upgrade your system please contact us. We will give you an authorization number that will allow you to make changes  and you will still get the remainder of your warranty. This is for your protection. If we know what changes you make to your system, we can help you with future issues that may arise. After your warranty is expired, and you need service on an item such as a laser Head, optics, software,  you will have to contact us otherwise the manufacturer of the component.


Returns:
If you have a problem with one of our products, please Email us at: metrolab@sanicel.ch and describe your problem. We will Email you with instructions on how to return your item(s). There will be a 15% Restocking Fee on any Refused or Cancelled Orders. There will be a 20% Restocking Fee on all returned purchases if they are returned after 30 days and no problem is indicated. All Returns Must be in Original Condition and Returned with Original Packaging Materials. If you have any questions about orders please don't hesitate to contact us.
